Among these, our capacity for high-end private customization accounts for 50%, which allows us to provide a comprehensive range of bespoke tailoring services to nearly 2,000 customers both domestically and internationally.

STEP1: AI-DRIVEN MEASUREMENT

Our advanced AI-driven measurement system guarantees an accuracy of <0.1%, integrating seamlessly with CAD software to produce custom fits that are truly one-to-one. This technology takes the guesswork out of sizing and ensures a perfect fit every time.

With our state-of-the-art technology, your suit is no longer a generic fit, but an exact representation of your body shape and measurements. The precision of this system means that even the smallest details are accounted for, giving you a suit that feels like it was made just for you.

STEP2：DESIGN

Choose from over 500 premium EU-standard fabrics, including Italian Super 150s wool, lightweight tropical wools for all-season wear, and other superior materials. Each fabric is selected for its texture, durability, and elegance, ensuring that your suit not only looks exquisite but also stands the test of time.

Select from 12 meticulously crafted silhouettes, from sharp British cuts to soft Italian drapes. Our designs are engineered with strategic canvas structuring for a flawless fit, ensuring the right style to complement your personal taste and body shape.

Customization is key. With 7 core processes, 40 collar styles, and 40 pocket designs, we offer over 10,000 design combinations. In addition, you can personalize your suit further with logo embroidery or any other unique detailing, supported by our free design consultation service.

STEP3：PRODUCTION

Thanks to our C2M-powered smart production lines, we can now produce three suits per worker daily—9 times faster than traditional factories. These lines integrate the latest technology to ensure precise craftsmanship, while maintaining a 99.9% quality precision across five modular production units. This allows us to balance speed with accuracy, ensuring that every garment is of the highest quality.

We also pride ourselves on our sustainability efforts, with waste reduction technologies and energy-efficient systems that contribute to a cleaner, greener production process.

STEP4：PACKING

Each suit is carefully packed in a climate-controlled box, designed with wrinkle-resistant and moisture-proof technology to keep your garment in pristine condition during transit. Our 150,000㎡ logistics center is optimized for efficiency and ensures that each suit is packed with care, ready for delivery anywhere in the world.

STEP5：DELIVERY

We offer global shipping to over 90 countries, with a commitment to delivering your custom suit within 7 days. For bulk orders of 500+ suits, we guarantee shipment within 15 days, and if we fail to meet this deadline, we offer a 1% daily penalty for delays.

Our commitment to quality doesn’t stop at delivery. We offer a fit adjustment guarantee, ensuring that your suit fits perfectly when it arrives. Should any issues arise, we’re here to make the necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
